Traction series motor feature co***ct and firm structure and high power and density by means of application of the total lamination welded stator, high strength cooper bar squirrel cage rotor. Stator windings use high class insulation structure as well as vacuum-pressure impregnation technique to ensure the good adaptability between the entire insulation structure and the power supply and running condition of AC traction motors.
The motors are totally enclosed with self fan cooling with self fan cooling. The unique cooling air circuit system keep the cooling air flowing on the surface, which stops polluted cooling air into the motor and protects stator windings, bearing or other key components from corrosion. It reduces the life cycle costs of motors(LCC) by means of prolonging the relubrication period and decreasing the possibility of breakdown to zero because of the insulation materials polluted.
Optimized cooling system design(such as the shape and dimension of fan and ventilation passage) ensures high cooling effect so that the output per unit volume of totally enclosed motors reaches the level of defended motors. |
